FAQS ABOUT THE ISLAND

Q. Do I have to join a group or pay to look around the Island?

No, it is a PG peaceful Ranch, and free to the the public. We do hope you will add it to your "picks" as a nice place to visit, so that the search engines of SL will help others to find it.

Right click on your self or avatar while at the ranch, and select 'picks' from the tabs there, then select "add'.  A picture and the name of the island will automatically  be added.

We do have two groups you may join, one for announcements of new products or updates, and one for chatting with other horse owners. from all over SL. Both are free to join, and can be found in the search groups or by searching 'all' for AKK Ranch. 

Q. Do you own the island, and do you rent or sell spaces?

The AKK Horse Ranch consists of four sims which are the equivalent of 16 acres each, but we do not rent or sell space. Yes we own it, but even we do not live there.

Q. Why can't I come to the island? it says I am not allowed?

 If the servers which control the island are down for maintenance you will get this message..we cannot change it. Try again after a few minutes

OR.because this is a PG sim..No nudity or pink bits, No weapons, No motorized or huge vehicles, and no harassment of other guests.  It is a peaceful place to meet and explore, and we do our best to keep it that way. If you were doing one of these things here, or made rude comments to the owners when asked to stop doing whatever you were doing,  you are probably banned. While we may give a second chance to mild offenders at the time of the offense, We rarely un ban a person if they have made that list.
